Eugene Lin aims to build life-changing experiences in the real estate industry in Singapore

As a child, Eugene and his mother once faced multiple difficulties in securing a roof over their heads. In this tumultuous period of his life, he quickly realized the importance of having a property under one’s name, inspiring him to extend his knowledge in real estate as well as his experience as an ex banker and police officer in order to help others in different situations.

Joining the real estate industry in 2017 as a property agent, he rapidly soared within a year to win the rookie award and became the new champion achiever under the PropNex Powerful Negotiators Group.

One of Eugene's personal recognitions include attaining the Propnex Millionaire in 2020. By 2021, he has won over 50 awards under his belt, with some of his milestones recorded below.

During his journey, he quickly came to the realization that misconceptions about property agents were commonplace, which further fueled his desire to have an outlet for him to cast away these outlooks and provide unbiased advice - and this is how TOP came to be.

Eugene is extremely passionate about what he does, hoping to help upgrade lifestyles through asset progression and property restructuring. He is happy to help and advise clients as he would a friend, helping them reach their best potential. In addition, he is blessed with a supportive wife and two beautiful children.
